Naps Reduce Your Carbon Footprint

Best advice I've heard in awhile is to sleep for an hour or so during the day.  If you're sleeping, you're not driving, cooking up a storm, doing laundry, vacuuming or using up any other non-renewable energy.  It might be a good way to slow global warming.  Certainly, it'll keep you out of trouble for a bit.  Of course, there are probably other, more enjoyable activities that you could do that would accomplish the same goal.

  1. Sleeping sounds good. Or maybe a rest curled up with a good book!
