Snovember

Yes, winter is here. We've had snow flurries for the past few days, and, overnight and today, actual snow. There's only about a half inch on the ground but it's unlikely to melt until next spring. To add to this, as I was making supper, the power just went off. It wasn't just a flicker of outage. It's been going on for 10 minutes or so already. Good thing my laptop was fully charged and I have lots of little flash-lights and batteries.

I spoke too soon. The power just came back on. Yay! Better get back to making supper now.

  1. Winnipeg is always an indicator for the rest of the country. Hopefully the snow that arrived in Ontario will melt until the next round comes.
